Diamonds & Gems Returns Policy

Diamonds & Gems, 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time for you to consider your purchase, so you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without custom engraving its original condition, as long as its within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

Diamonds & Gems returns Process is simple, once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, we will fully refund you or send you a replacement. The return will be completed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be checked making sure its condition isn’t showing signs of wear or been altered, resized or damaged in any way, if any of these condition are found the return will not be accepted for return. Engraved jewellery custom special made to order items (not including wedding rings) may not be returned.

All returns must be shipped via Traceable Mail,  Royal mail Special delivery is a good choice as it full tracked and insured up to £1000 (Higher insurance is available at an extra cost), (Or International Registered Post) any packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How to Prepare your return Package, Please include all original packaging and relevant items that were sent with the original order. If your order was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the £150 replacement cost.

For security reasons, do NOT write Diamonds and Gems anywhere on the outside of any packaging. You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
